The WCTST801 series researched and produced by winchen sensor terminal box type clamp-on sheathed thermocouple, is a high-performance temperature sensor that is quickly installed and fixed by means of a ferrule thread structure; tightening achieves a sealed fixing and reduces downtime. It features fast response, food-grade materials, high pressure and corrosion resistance, a wide temperature range, and easy installation and maintenance and is widely used in the food and beverage, pharmaceutical and medical, chemical and other industries, for example water purification systems, liquid preparation systems, petrochemical reactors, steam pipelines, etc..

1. Fast response: thermal response time (T90) as short as 0.6 seconds, suitable for dynamic temperature monitoring;
2. High pressure and corrosion resistant: the 316 stainless steel probe withstands high pressure, strong vibration and corrosive media, suitable for pressure vessels, pipelines and similar applications;

4. Wide temperature range: the K-type nickel-chromium/nickel-silicon thermocouple supports 0–~1000°C measurement, with some models reaching 1300°C;

| Applications
Thanks to its outstanding performance, the WCTST801 series terminal box type clamp-on sheathed thermocouple is used in the following application areas:
1. Food and beverage: used in sterilizers, fermentation tanks, CIP cleaning pipelines, conveying pipelines and baking equipment. Suitable for hygienic, moisture-proof and corrosion-resistant applications.
2. Pharmaceutical and medical: used in sterilizers, freeze dryers, reaction tanks, clean pipelines and purified water systems. A stainless steel hygienic terminal box is available for easy cleaning and moisture protection.
3. Petrochemical: used in refining, ethylene, fertilizer and fine chemical plants for temperature measurement on the outer walls of reactors, heat exchangers, storage tanks and conveying pipelines.
