1. Ultra-high temperature measurement
2. Good stability
3. Fast response
4. Thermal shock and vibration resistant
5. Customizable specifications
| Product Overview
The WCTST701 series tungsten-rhenium thermocouple researched and produced by winchen sensor is a high-temperature measuring element using tungsten-rhenium alloy as the positive and negative electrodes, including WRe3-WRe25 (type D) and WRe5-WRe26 (type C). It can be fitted with corundum, molybdenum, tungsten, ceramic and other protection tubes, and features large thermoelectric potential and good high-temperature stability. It is a commonly used sensor for ultra-high temperature equipment such as vacuum furnaces, hydrogen furnaces and single crystal furnaces. It outputs an mV thermoelectric signal and works with temperature controllers, PLCs, DCS and data acquisition systems for high-temperature process monitoring and control.

| Features
1. Ultra-high temperature measurement: can measure temperatures in the 0-2100°C range;
2. Good stability: excellent thermoelectrode stability in high-temperature environments, suitable for long-term in-line monitoring.
3. Fast response: thin thermocouple wires and low thermal inertia give fast dynamic response.
4. Thermal shock and vibration resistant: suitable for frequent heating/cooling cycles and vibration in high-temperature furnaces.
5. Customizable specifications: calibration type, diameter, length, thread, protection tube, terminal box and compensating lead wire can all be customized on demand.
6. Wide atmosphere adaptability: suitable for oxygen-free or low-oxygen environments such as vacuum, inert gas and hydrogen;
7. Strong system compatibility: can be used together with indicators, PLCs, DCS and acquisition modules.
