Researched and produced by winchen sensor, the WCTST801 series terminal box type sheathed thermocouple consists of a sheathed thermocouple core, a metal protection tube and a terminal box. The sheathed core is drawn as one piece from thermocouple electrodes, high-purity magnesium oxide insulation and a metal tube, offering small outer diameter, bendability, fast response, vibration resistance and high pressure resistance. The terminal box protects the cold-junction terminals and can optionally incorporate a temperature transmitter outputting 4-20mA or RS485 signals. The WCTST801 series terminal box type sheathed thermocouple is used together with PLCs, DCS, indicators and recorders for temperature measurement of liquids, steam, gases and solid surfaces in the range of -100°C to 1000°C. It supports K, J, E, T, N and other calibration types, as well as thread, flange and ferrule and other mounting methods as customization options.
