Researched and produced by winchen sensor, the WCTST104 series threaded mounting thermocouple is an industrial temperature sensor installed directly on pipes, vessels or equipment walls by means of a fixed thread. Compared with flange mounting or ferrule mounting, the WCTST104 series threaded mounting thermocouple is easier to install: no additional welded flange or mounting base is required, and assembly is completed simply by providing a standard threaded hole on the equipment. The fixed thread structure provides reliable mechanical fastening force and good sealing performance, with a nominal pressure typically up to 10MPa. It supports K, E, J, N, T, S, B and other calibration types, with a temperature measurement range covering -70°C~350°C (depending on the calibration type). Thread specifications include M20×1.5, M12××1.5, NPT1/2, G1/2 and other standard options, and can also be customized on demand. The probe material can be 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel and others, meeting the corrosion resistance requirements of different media environments.
