The WCTST103 series snap-on spring type lead-wire thermocouple researched and produced by winchen sensor is a spring-loaded temperature sensor designed specifically for industrial surface temperature measurement. Its core structure consists of a spring pressing device, a snap-on mounting cap, a temperature sensing probe and a flexible compensating lead wire. The elastic pressure of the spring presses the measuring end of the thermocouple tightly against the surface of the object being measured, effectively improving heat transfer efficiency and measurement accuracy. The WCTST103 series snap-on spring type lead-wire thermocouple, uses a high-temperature-resistant compensating lead wire as the measuring element and is available in K, T, E, J, N and other types, the lead wire is braided with alkali-free glass fiber or sheathed in PTFE, silicone and other materials, offering combined advantages such as high temperature resistance, fast thermal response, flexibility and easy installation and use.
