| Product Overview
WCPS300-UP51 Series clamp-type with display Flat Diaphragm Pressure Sensor/Transmitter, its flush corrugated diaphragm is rugged and impact resistant; 50.4KF clamp connection, with an LCD display for on-site reading; combined accuracy up to 0.5%FS/1%FS, measuring range 0~70MPa optional, output options 4~20mA / 0.5~4.5V / 0~5V / 0~10V /RS485 etc. The sensor uses a unique filtering algorithm and temperature compensation algorithm, with a compensated temperature of -10~70°°C, offering advantages such as high accuracy, stability and reliability.
| Features
1. Anti-clogging, easy to clean: the flush corrugated diaphragm contacts the medium directly with no pressure port, fundamentally preventing viscous liquids, slurries or particle-containing media from clogging the sensor;
2. Suitable for hygienic applications: usually made of corrosion-resistant materials such as 316L stainless steel; its structural design is easy to clean with no dead corners, meeting the aseptic and hygiene requirements of the food and pharmaceutical industries;
3. Interference resistant, highly reliable: the cavity-free design gives fast response with no pressure hysteresis. The rugged corrugated diaphragm structure resists particle impact, while the sensor as a whole offers vibration resistance, corrosion resistance and resistance to high and low temperatures, with good long-term stability;
4. High sensitivity and good linearity: the corrugated structure effectively releases diaphragm stress, providing higher pressure-deflection sensitivity than a flat diaphragm while maintaining good linearity;
5. Multiple output options: a variety of output signals, including standard 4-20mA, 0-5V/0-10V and RS485 digital signals;
6. On-site display: LCD display for on-site readout;
