| Product Overview
The WCPS300 series threaded anti-corrosion pressure sensor/transmitter researched and produced by winchen sensor is a high-accuracy pressure measuring device designed for corrosive working conditions. Its wetted parts use PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), PVDF and other corrosion-resistant materials, allowing long-term stable operation in harsh corrosive environments such as strong acids, strong alkalis and salt spray. Threaded connections G1/2, G1/4, M20××1.5 and others are available for easy installation, fitting the pressure ports of most industrial equipment. It is widely used for pressure measurement of corrosive media in the chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, power, water treatment, pharmaceutical and environmental protection industries.

1. Superior corrosion resistance: wetted parts use PTFE, PP, PVDF and other anti-corrosion materials, resisting the vast majority of acids, alkalis, salts and other corrosive media.
2. High accuracy and high stability: imported diffused silicon or ceramic pressure sensor chips combined with advanced signal processing circuits give accuracy up to±0.25%FS, and long-term stability≤±0.1%FS/year;
3. Multiple threaded connections: supports G1/2, G1/4, M20××1.5 and other standard threads, with special threads customizable to customer requirements;
4. Diverse signal output: supports 4~20mA (two-wire), 0~5V, 0~10V, RS485 and other output modes, compatible with various industrial control systems;
5. Strong anti-interference capability: isolated circuit design with over-current, over-voltage and reverse-polarity protection, remaining stable and reliable even in industrial sites with severe electromagnetic interference;
6. Wide operating temperature range: temperature range -40~125°C, meeting the requirements of both high- and low-temperature working conditions;
7. Compact and easy to install: compact structure and threaded connection allow quick on-site installation without complex commissioning;
