How Does the All-in-One Air Quality Sensor Link with Building Control?

Independently developed and produced by winchen sensor, the WCME301HC1D0 all-in-one air quality sensor plays a very important role; it can sense the particulate matter: PM2.5, PM10, gaseous pollutants: carbon dioxide (CO₂), formaldehyde (HCHO), total volatile organic compounds (TVOC), volatile organic compounds (VOC), as well as changes in temperature, relative humidity, etc.; it outputs a digital RS485 signal and can connect to most IoT platforms on the market as well as major categories of PLC equipment, etc. and then links the control of devices such as smart air conditioners, fresh air systems, air purifiers, and smart speakers/central control screens, thereby forming an intelligent, digital control system. In summary: “perceive-analyze-control” .

All-in-One Air Quality Linkage

In intelligent linkage control,
the relationship between what the all-in-one air quality sensor perceives and device linkage control:

  • CO₂ too high (>1000ppm)  → automatically turns on the fresh air system to introduce outdoor fresh air.

  • PM2.5 too high → automatically closes the fresh air and starts the air purifier's internal circulation mode.

  • TVOC/HCHO exceeding the limit → starts the fresh air system and purifier and issues an alarm.

  • Temperature/humidity discomfort → links the air conditioner and humidifier/dehumidifier for adjustment.
