Stop One: Baojing Palace Karst Cave——Exploring Mystery, Inspiring Wisdom
Led by the guide, we slowly stepped into the mysterious underground palace inside Baojing Palace Karst Cave, as if traveling to another time and space. The stalactites of various shapes tell stories of tens of millions of years of formation; while marveling at the masterful work of nature, the Winchen people were also inspired to think - is this not also a” team”'s spirit? In the face of the unknown, unity is strength, along with persistent commitment and striving for the mission.
Stop Two: Light Hiking on the Wanfengling Route——Challenging Oneself, Uniting Strength
The light hiking trip at Wanfengling is a dual test of physical strength and willpower. The mountain road winds and peaks turn; every step follows the rhythm of the team. The scenery along the way is picturesque, but even more beautiful are the figures of Winchen teammates supporting each other.
During the climb, we learned to listen and encourage each other; every “cheer of encouragement” was like a shot in the arm, filling our tired bodies with strength again. The view from the summit is a victory of team spirit and a witness to our shared conquest of difficulties.

Stop Three: Camp Games at Xingyuanling——Let Laughter Boost Team Integration
As night fell, the Xingyuanling camp was brightly lit, and a novel team game kicked off.“Sit-to-Stand”, “Untie the Human Knot”, “Link and Accelerate” and so on - these seemingly simple games actually embody profound philosophies of teamwork. In the games, the Winchen people learned to trust and be trusted, and understood the importance of communication and coordination. Getting up again after every failure and cheering loudly after every success are the best interpretation of team cohesion and youthful vitality. The camp games brought the joy and gains of this team building to a climax, a shining chapter in the youthful memories of the Winchen people.
Stop Four: National 4A-Level Dongtian Xianjing Scenic Area——A Journey to the Fairyland, a Baptism of the Soul
With its unique karst landforms, Dongtian Xianjing made us feel as if we were in a paradise away from the world. Boating on the lake, with green waves rippling and towering peaks on both banks, the beauty is beyond description. The Winchen people temporarily forgot the busyness of work, immersed themselves in the embrace of nature, and enjoyed the tranquility and cleansing of the soul. Team members took photos and shared memories with each other; new colleagues became old colleagues, our hearts grew closer, and the team spirit became even stronger.
Stop Five: Fenglin Xiaozhen——The Finale, a Perfect Ending
Finally, we walked into Fenglin Xiaozhen; the natural mountain scenery and clear waters, the rich pastoral views and rustic atmosphere made us linger. Slowing down, in small groups taking photos and checking in, unhurriedly collecting the beautiful memories of the Winchen people - the fine mountains, waters and scenery overflowed with the youthful vitality of the Winchen people!
