On this beautiful day, upholding what benefits employees' physical and mental health, exercising everyone's physical fitness, improving team cohesion, strengthening communication and exchange among employees, enriching employees' spare-time cultural life, and cultivating employees' fine spirit of tenacious struggle and courage to strive, all colleagues of Winchen Electronics enjoyed the journey together and kicked off the annual team building activity.
During the three-day itinerary, Winchen people shared laughter and joy, and natural games and activities were of course not absent. During this period, being of one heart and one mind and enjoying the journey together was displayed to the fullest by all Winchen people. Every scene deeply reflected coordination, unity, effort and progress, and every minute and every second showed that Winchen people are a “troop that can fight”, and win “battles”“”.
We often say the wheels of history roll forward……likewise the wheels of Winchen Electronics also roll forward. In the wheel battle, each team needs to form a” wheel “from the ring-shaped cloth prop and the team members, and reach the finish line as fast as possible; the team with the shortest time wins. This wheel battle requires unity as the rim, tacit understanding as the spokes and trust as the hub, with the motivation of striving forward, driving every Winchen person's” wheel “to roll forward toward the goal.
Ten people, nine legs
” Ten people, nine legs “game: ten people form a team and are arranged in a line; the legs of the people on the left and right are tied together one by one with the bond of friendship, and then the whole team walks shoulder to shoulder toward the goal to complete the task. In the exciting contest, leadership, execution and cohesion are all demonstrated.
Tearing off name tags
The” tearing off name tags “often seen in variety shows can also be perfectly performed by us Winchen people. In the exciting contest, one not only needs to eliminate opponents but also preserve one's own team's effective strength as much as possible. This is not merely a contest of physical strength, but also a competition of wisdom and teamwork.
The games were certainly exciting and thrilling. After 4~5 hours of contest, winners and losers were decided. The temporarily losing team accepted physical conditioning training, but the brothers and sisters in the team said they would not concede defeat and would fight again next year!
After the team building games ended, we set off on a new journey——Xitou Village and Baishuizhai: the local customs and the gifts of nature let Winchen people leave the noise of the city behind and return to the peace of nature.
Walking in Xitou Village was like a magnificent scroll and a poem of tranquil years. On this land, clear streams, simple folkways and ancient legends together built a beautiful rural picture. Here, Winchen people felt the weight and vigor of life; the beauty of the countryside is like a poem and a painting.
The Baishuizhai scenic area is long renowned, and the most striking feature is the Baishuixian Waterfall, the tallest in China with a drop of 428 meters. Its form is graceful, plunging straight down from the mountain top like a fairy descending to the mortal world. We climbed step by step along the stone stairs of the canyon, with jagged rocks, towering ancient trees, waterfalls falling into deep pools and thunderous waves along the way. The scenery is magnificent, amazing and unforgettable.
Fighting in games and strolling in nature, Winchen people released themselves in this team building activity, sparking the fire of friendship and writing the chapter of Winchen Electronics. The team building activity fully met expectations. We look forward to all Winchen people working together, of one heart and one mind, enjoying the journey together, adding bricks and tiles to build a better tomorrow for Winchen Electronics and moving forward with determination!
