On June 6, 2014, at the Winchen group meeting, the chairman said one thing: we must have the spirit of a hungry wolf, our eyes glowing green at the sight of food. Very well said; a growing enterprise must be like a starving wild wolf. Wolves have three most notable characteristics: first, a keen sense of smell. Second, an indomitable, fearless and tireless attacking spirit. Third, a consciousness of collective struggle. Likewise, an enterprise that wants to expand must also possess these three characteristics of the wolf. As one of the most important team spirits, the Winchen enterprise will also introduce “wolf spirit culture”, and “wolf spirit culture” can be summarized in these few words: learning, innovation, gaining benefits, unity. In terms of wolf spirit culture, learning and innovation represent a keen sense of smell, gaining benefits represents the attacking spirit, and unity represents the spirit of collective struggle.

Wolves can achieve final victory in front of animals fiercer and stronger than themselves for only one reason: unity. Even the strongest animal would probably find it hard to withstand the attack of a pack of wolves that has long put life and death aside. Likewise, if all team members of Winchen can treat the company's interests as their own interests or as their own business, how could the enterprise fear not growing stronger.

Someone once said “seek survival within eight hours, seek development outside eight hours”.

Strengthen the corporate culture and management within 8 hours, integrate corporate culture building into Winchen's daily management activities, and condense the corporate “soul” into the company's product quality, reputation, brand and market competitiveness, and embody it in the daily management behavior of managers at all levels.

The corporate culture within 8 hours is the implementation of enterprise management. So what are corporate culture activities within 8 hours? They are the brewing and promotion of management systems and norms, and the assessment and evaluation of individual organizational behavior. The exchange and communication of management ideas among employees, the brewing and promotion of management systems and norms, and the assessment and evaluation of employees' individual organizational behavior all build a corporate “soul”, and this building process is the process of culture. Management is the external manifestation of this cultural process, condensing the corporate"soul"into the company's product quality, reputation, brand and market competition.

Outside 8 hours, the enterprise's organized cultural activities should be activities that spontaneously cultivate and evaluate individual talents and abilities, or in other words, activities that cultivate individual organizational behavior and emotion and evaluate other intelligences and physical abilities beyond individual organizational behavioral capacity. The company provides a place to release and evaluate individual energy. Through cultural activities outside 8 hours, employees' lives become rich and colorful, body and mind rest and relax, physical and mental strength is restored, the team is refreshed and life is adjusted. At the same time, in cultural activities, employees' sense of participation and an optimistic, enterprising entrepreneurial spirit, dedication, innovation, unity and cooperation and commitment are consciously cultivated, the noble sentiments and emotions advocated by the company are refined, and employees are encouraged to create a rich, colorful and positive humanity. In modern society, competition grows fiercer day by day and knowledge updates faster day by day. If a person wants a good future and development, relying solely on effort within eight hours is far from enough; they must cherish the time outside eight hours and use the time others spend resting, entertaining and socializing for learning and improvement. Five days a week and eight hours a day is the general working time for people. During this period everyone's effort and work performance are very similar. What makes successful people different is that they do not only work within eight hours; outside eight hours they also keep working hard, using the time others rest to work. One or two extra hours a day more than others, over the years, the gap is only imaginable.

Dear Winchen colleagues, facing such a realistic society, what are we waiting for, and what reason do we have not to work hard. We are a “wolf-spirited team” with “wolf-spirit ethos” Let us strive together for a better tomorrow and a better life!
