| Product Overview
The winchen sensor WCPS400 series double flange differential pressure level sensor is a high-precision, highly stable industrial level measuring instrument, especially suitable for level measurement of high-temperature, highly viscous, crystallization-prone or highly corrosive media. Its core working principle is based on the fact that the hydrostatic pressure of a liquid is proportional to the liquid level: it measures the pressure difference between the bottom and the top (or gas phase space) of the vessel and then calculates the level from the media density. Using a monocrystalline silicon sensor core, it achieves accuracy of class 0.075 or 0.1 and features good long-term stability, high reliability and strong self-diagnosis capability, making it suitable for high-temperature and explosion-proof applications in petroleum, chemicals, heating networks and other fields.
| Features
1. High accuracy and high stability: Accuracy class up to 0.075 or 0.1, with excellent long-term stability;
2. Suited to harsh conditions: The double flange remote seal structure provides mechanical and thermal isolation, effectively handling media that are high-temperature, highly corrosive, highly viscous, prone to crystallization or contain solid particles;
3. Intelligent and multifunctional: temperature compensation, plus an LCD backlit display and local buttons for convenient on-site calibration. Output signal 4-20mA+HART protocol, also supporting RS485 and other digital communication protocols;
4. Rugged and reliable: Fully stainless steel 316L and other materials in a fully welded sealed structure with no moving or elastic elements, offering high reliability and low maintenance. It also provides resistance to electromagnetic interference and strong vibration.
