  • Product Introduction
The WCTST801 series junction box clamp armored thermocouple is a high-performance temperature sensor that can be quickly installed and fixed through a clamp thread structure. Tightening it can seal and fix it, reducing downtime. It has the characteristics of fast response speed, food grade, high pressure/corrosion resistance, wide temperature range, and easy installation and maintenance. It is widely used in the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries, such as water purification systems, liquid distribution systems, petrochemical reaction vessels, steam pipelines, and liquid, gas, and solid temperature measurement of metallurgical furnace walls.

  • Features

1、The thermal response time is as short as 0.6 seconds (shell type with a diameter of 3mm), suitable for dynamic temperature monitoring;

2、High pressure/corrosion resistance: The probe made of stainless steel 316 can withstand high pressure, strong vibration, and corrosive media, and is suitable for pressure vessels, pipelines, and other scenarios;

3、Food grade: Made of 316 stainless steel, in compliance with food hygiene standards;

4、Wide temperature range: K-type nickel chromium nickel silicon thermocouple supports measurement from 0-1000 ℃, with some models reaching up to 1300 ℃;

5、Easy installation and maintenance: The threaded design of the card sleeve does not require auxiliary fixtures, and can be sealed and fixed by tightening, reducing downtime;
