Water Purification System Solution
In water purification system applications, pressure sensors, flowmeters and level sensors each play an important role: they can monitor in real time the water pressure changes in the pipe network or equipment, the instantaneous and cumulative flow of inlet water (such as raw water and pretreated water) and product water (such as purified water after reverse osmosis), and the water level height in facilities such as water tanks, sewage pools and reaction tanks, ensuring the normal operation of the automated system of water purification equipment.
Water purification equipment system pressure / level sensors
-
Complex water quality and large temperature fluctuations: raw water may contain silt, microorganisms and corrosive ions (such as Cl-), which can easily cause scaling, corrosion or biological contamination of the sensor probe. High temperatures (such as hot water disinfection) or low temperatures (northern winters) affect sensor accuracy.
-
High accuracy and reliability requirements: flow is extremely small during off-peak water use at night (such as dripping), and variable-frequency pumps and high-power motors may interfere with the sensor electrical signal.
-
Multi-device coordination required: pressure, flow and level data need to be linked to control pumps, valves and dosing devices, placing relatively high demands on system integration compatibility.
-
Corrosion-resistant materials used: the sensors use stainless steel or PTFE/PVDF corrosion-resistant materials.
-
High accuracy with anti-interference circuits: high-accuracy sensors are used, with added filter circuits and surge protection circuits, providing strong electromagnetic anti-interference capability.
